Quality Policy
Katoll Metals and Industrial Products Ltd specializes in the purchase of steel products and their processing and sale to the steel consumer industries including the automotive sector. The nature of the company’s activities places particular emphasis on experience, performance, capability, safety, reliability and quality. The company is committed to the provision of services that meet the customers specified and anticipated needs and expectations and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements. To ensure conformance to the specified requirements, the company has implemented and maintains an effective documented quality system fully meeting the requirements of both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 The management of the company will review the effectiveness of the quality management system to a pre-determined schedule with the objective of identifying and implementing changes that improve the working of the system, lead to greater customer satisfaction and prevent deviation and or non-conformance. Mr D Williams is responsible for the implementation of the necessary steps to maintain this quality policy and to ensure the involvement and commitment of all employees. In particular he will regularly review quality objectives and ensure that those resources that are necessary for product and service conformance are made available.
