Decoiled Sheet
Our flying shear cut to length line uses cnc controlled technology to achieve length tolerances of +/- 0.4mm on any length between 400mm to our 3500 maximum reducing the scrap for manufacturers using sheet and cutting out an operation for Shearer's or manufacturers who cut there own material.
Coupled with a 17 roll leveler that can handle coils up to 1920mm wide we can process material for trade requirements as well as manufacturers who use flat sheet in there own processes.
Katoll can supply "panel flat" de-coiled sheet in standard and non standard sizes in all gauges from 0.4mm to 3.0mm in Cold Reduced, Hot Rolled Dry and Pickled and Oiled, Electro Zinc, Iron Zinc, Galvanized and most of the other specialist coatings.
