Katoll specialize in the supply of sheared blanks in Cold Reduced, Hot Rolled Dry and Pickled and Oiled, Galvanized, Iron Zinc, Electro Zinc and some of the harder to find grades like Nizec and Durazec in the full gauge range of 0.4mm to 6.25mm. Supplying a wide variety of industries including first tier automotive gives us an understanding and awareness of the needs of manufacturing in the UK. Our Amada ATF shearing centre is a sheet fed blanking line which produces blanks to a high tolerance of +/- 0.25mm every time. Because it's sheet fed it means we can shear lower quantities with the same degree of accuracy and quality the large service centres offer with there coil fed blanking lines, but with the added benefit of faster turnarounds. Delivering material to customers within 24 hours when required along with KANBAN, JIT and planned weekly delivery schedules plus our Quality and Environmental accreditations we have the experience and the tools to work with you as a member of your supply chain team.
